All personal data provided to us is stored on our own machines in Portugal.

Why do we need some personal data?

If you need to contact us and in order to process your request (whether for pre-sales information, after-sales information, technical assistance or information about a product) we need some personal information. The information collected in these forms or in telephone contacts will be used exclusively to satisfy the request that was made to us and will not be used subsequently for any other purpose.

The information sent via the customer form will be stored and processed when it is necessary to use it to issue official documents. Email addresses may be used for marketing purposes (sending information about new products, price lists).

All data present in the billing system will be kept for as long as we are obliged to do so.

All unsolicited e-mail (or regular mail) messages such as CVs or personal information will be destroyed without being read.

We do not share your information with any other entity, unless it is necessary for business purposes, such as a shipment by a carrier in which we have to provide some data so that the shipment can be made.

At any time you can ask us:
- access to the information we have about you;
- request the rectification of any information that is incorrect or incomplete;
- delete or limit the processing of your data (as long as it does not conflict with legal obligations)
To ensure that it is the data subject requesting any of these changes, proof of identity may be requested.
We will have 30 days to fulfill any of these requests.
